Nach langer Suche im weltweiten Netz habe ich doch noch eine kleinen Zeitungsartikel gefunden, der meine Annahme bestätigt: „... RAGE OF ANGELS - a progressive, all-women Boston metal act….”. Leider auch hier keine Fotos von den Weiblichkeiten. Schade, sind doch die Damen des metallischen Gewerbes immer recht nett anzuschauen. Oder warum findet man hier nichts??!! Musikalisch hat man zumindest versucht, keine belanglose Tralalamucke zu fabrizieren. Als progressiven Metal würde ich die 4 Songs aber nicht durchgehen lassen. Die Rezeptur besteht aus US Metal alter Schule mit einem kleinen Epictouch und einer winzigen Brise progressiver Garnierung. Hört sich gut an, ist aber nicht der Überflieger. Gutes Mittelfeld mit Bonus für die Damen. Leider klingt die Metalmutti am Mikro auch manchmal recht anstrengend. Da fehlt ein wenig das Volumen in der Stimme. Liegt aber vielleicht auch insgesamt an der etwas dünnen Produktion. So kann man zusammenfassend sagen, interessante superrare CD, für die man sicherlich etwas mehr der sauer verdienten Kohle hinblättern muss. Und hier liegt der Hase im Pfeffer. Muss man oder muss man nicht haben. Die Entscheidung liegt bei jedem Sammler selbst.  (Ronald Jacobi / 2008)

After a long search within the world wide web I finally found a short article in a newspaper which confirmed my assumption: "... RAGE OF ANGELS - a progressive, all-women Boston metal act..." Unfortunately not one photo of these ladies included. What a pity for the chicks involved in Metal business normally are nice eye-catchers. But why can't we find anything here??!! Musicwise they definitely tried to avoid trivial "Happy Metal". But the four tracks featured here to my mind aren't Progressive Metal either.The composition consists of old school US Metal with an epic touch and a tiny pinch of progressive topping. Sounds good but in fact isn't that killer. Good average with bonus for these women. Sad enough the Metal mother on vocals sometimes sounds rather exhausting for lack of volume within her voice. But this may be due to the rather thin producton as well. All in all you can say that this CD is an interesting and hellish rare item that thus is supposed to be very expensive.
